Problem with Spectate plugin? Empty Problem with Spectate plugin?

Alright so I guess spectate isn't really working rite now, because I saw a username I've never seen before and I wanted to make sure they weren't getting into any shinanigans, so I tried using the spectate command, and it said that spectate doesn't work on fireproof6 or whatever the user's name was, any idea?
