Creating a topic within a subforum directory? Empty Creating a topic within a subforum directory?

Is it possible to do this? Specifically what I wanted to do was create a topic directly in the Games subforum dedicated to posting our Gamertags/FCs and stuff like that

If it's possible to move the current topic I have in the Animal Crossing sub out to the Games one that would also be great
