Pentos Spawn Region? Empty Pentos Spawn Region?

You know how griefers are always coming in and trashing pentos and other worlds first thing? Well how about we just stop that entirely, set up a region around pentos, staff members will be made owners, and we can monitor "The Box" when we're online to stop griefers and newcomers from trashing the server and keep them quarintined.
